HKC Security Suite
A single, HKC-managed security suite for Hong Kong SMEs, delivered as three products that share one login, one action list and one team. This manual is organised the way the product is actually used — by the person doing the work, and by the end-to-end workflow they are trying to complete — not as a list of features. Each workflow shows who does what, on which screen, with the screen annotated.
The operating model in one sentence
HKC runs the security; the customer is asked to make a decision only when a human genuinely must. Every screen answers three questions for its reader: “Am I OK?”, “Is anything mine to do?”, and “Who is handling the rest?” — the two sides (SME portal and HKC console) are two faces of the same data.
The people & their goals
Six roles use the suite — three on the customer side, three inside HKC. The colour next to each name is used throughout the workflows below to show who is acting at each step.
